Do not boil the eggs, but break them into a bowl and beat with a little salt, then pour them into a preheated pan with vegetable oil and fry over low heat until golden brown. Then also cool the resulting omelet and cut into strips, and the cucumbers - into circles. Combine all ingredients and season with your favorite sauce.
Recipes with green peas and apples
To prepare a salad with cucumbers and green peas, you will need 3-4 cucumbers, a can of canned peas, an onion, a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil, a clove of garlic, 1 tsp. vinegar, 2 tablespoons tomato juice, green onions and pepper with salt.
Chop the onion and pour over boiling water in a colander, and mash the garlic in a garlic press, just chop the green onion finely. Then cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes, previously dried from excess brine. After that, mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl and add green peas to them, sprinkle with pepper, salt, pour tomato juice and oil into the bowl. After thoroughly mixing, the salad is ready.
The salad with pickled cucumbers and apples is very light and even dietary. The ingredients required for it are 3-4 cucumbers, a couple of sweet apples (it is better to give preference to green varieties), a clove of garlic, low-fat cottage cheese or yogurt, salt and pepper, parsley.
This recipe can be especially interesting by using pickled apples instead of fresh fruit.
