Ingredients:

  • 400 g of pure water;
  • fresh raspberries - 150-200 g;
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar;
  • gelatin - 1 pack.

Preparation:

  1. Pour gelatin into a not very large container and fill it with warm or cold boiled water. There should be not too much liquid. The mixture is left to swell for about 40 minutes.
  2. It is necessary to thoroughly rinse and sort out the berries, removing all debris and rotten fruits. After you finish preparing the raspberries, pour water into a saucepan and put it on fire.
  3. As soon as the liquid boils, add granulated sugar to it and mix everything thoroughly. After that, raspberries are also sent there. The water should boil over low heat for at least 10-15 minutes.
  4. Then you need to carefully, so as not to burn yourself, strain the still hot broth. Further, the swollen gelatin is taken and gradually interferes with the resulting broth.
  5. The resulting mass is thoroughly mixed, and after the consistency becomes homogeneous, it will be possible to proceed to the final stage of preparation.
  6. Take the prepared molds and pour the broth mixed with jelly into them. Then they are put away in a cool place for 60–120 minutes; a refrigerator is perfect for this purpose.
  7. After the jelly has hardened, you can carefully remove it from the mold, transferring it to a plate. Fresh raspberries and mint leaves can be used as decoration.

Jelly can be prepared not only from fresh berries, raspberry jam, freshly frozen berries and even natural juice are also suitable. To improve the taste of jelly, lemon or orange zest is often added to it, drinks such as wines and liqueurs.
