It is necessary
- - 300 grams of potatoes,
- - 300 grams of pork (you can take chicken),
- - 1 onion,
- - 1 carrot,
- - 3 medium tomatoes,
- - 50 grams of champignons,
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sunflower oil,
- - dill to taste,
- - 4 teaspoons of salt,
- - 1 teaspoon of dry spices.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the meat, dry, cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the meat in it.
Step 3
Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Add the onion to the meat, stir. Season with spices and sauté over medium heat for ten minutes.
Step 4
Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into large cubes.
Cut the peeled carrots into small cubes or thin half rings to taste.
Peel the tomatoes and chop finely.
Cut the champignons into halves or quarters.
Step 5
Put pork and onions in each pot. Place potato cubes on the meat. For potatoes, carrots, then tomatoes. Place champignons on top, sprinkle with chopped dill. Put a teaspoon of salt in each pot and pour boiling water over it. Cover with lids.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Place the pots in the oven for 40 minutes. Let the prepared soup stand for 10 minutes, then serve with sour cream.
