It is necessary

    • 500 g of meat (beef or veal);
    • 4 potatoes;
    • 1 carrot;
    • 1 bell pepper;
    • 300 g green beans;
    • 2 tomatoes;
    • 1 onion;
    • 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
    • Bay leaf;
    • black peppercorns;
    • 2 cloves of garlic;
    • salt and pepper to taste;
    • fresh herbs.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the meat under running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the meat into small pieces.

Step 2

Heat the sunflower oil in a skillet. Put pieces of meat in hot oil. Fry the meat over high heat, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.

Step 3

Wash the potato tubers in water and peel them. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.

Step 4

Peel the carrots and cut into slices. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Rinse the bell pepper under running water, peel it from the core and cut into strips.

Step 5

Heat the sunflower oil in a skillet and add the chopped onion. Fry the onions until golden brown. Add chopped carrots, bell peppers and tomatoes. Cover the skillet with a lid and saute the vegetables for 7-10 minutes over low heat. Remember to stir occasionally.

Step 6

Rinse the green beans under water and cut into small pieces. If you are using frozen beans, then first boil them in water for 5 minutes, then discard them in a colander to glass the water.

Step 7

Peel the garlic and chop finely or chop in a blender.

Step 8

Take the oven. At the bottom of each pot, place slices of fried meat, then chopped potatoes and green beans. Top with sautéed vegetables - onions, carrots, peppers and tomatoes. Pour all the ingredients with hot boiled water, so that the water does not reach the edge of the pot for a couple of centimeters. Add bay leaf, black peppercorns, ground black pepper, salt to each pot. Cover the pots with lids.

Step 9

Place the soup pots on the wire rack in the oven. Cook the soup at 170 degrees for an hour and a half.

Step 10

Serve the finished soup in pots, sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs. Garlic croutons can be served with the soup.
