Ceramic pots are very convenient for both cooking and serving, because they are portioned and can be served on the table simply by taking them out of the oven. This cooking method allows you to change the taste of familiar products for the better. Step 1
Stir the egg with water, salt, add flour and knead the dough. Flour can be added as needed. When the dough stops sticking to your hands, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour.

Grind the meat in a meat grinder along with garlic and one onion, add salt, pepper, mix everything well. Leave the minced meat to stand for 20 minutes.

Make dumplings half the size of your regular dumplings. Preheat a skillet, melt the butter in it and fry the dumplings until a beautiful golden brown. If there are a lot of dumplings, divide them into several portions so that they fit in one layer in the pan. Transfer them to a bowl.

Chop the second onion very finely and lightly fry in the remaining butter, add the mushrooms, cut into slices, to the pan, stir, fry all together for three minutes and lightly salt them.
Step 5
At the bottom, put a layer of dumplings, 15 pieces each, on top - a layer of champignons with onions, make a vegetable broth and add it to the dumplings in pots so that it only covers the mushrooms, sprinkle everything with grated cheese on a coarse grater. You do not need to close the lids.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, put the pots in it and bake for half an hour. Sprinkle some herbs on top before serving. The dumplings in the pot are ready!
