  • 500 grams of chicken fillet,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of mayonnaise or sour cream,
  • 1 onion
  • 4 potatoes,
  • some salt
  • dry spices to taste,
  • curry to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the fillets (defrost them if necessary) and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the chicken into thin strips and place in a cup.

Step 2

Chop the peeled onion in a blender or grate - as it is more convenient for anyone. Add chopped onions to the meat. Add two eggs, salt and pepper to taste, season with your favorite spices and curry (if desired, add a pinch of ground red bell pepper). Season with mayonnaise and stir. Place a cup of marinated chicken in the refrigerator for an hour or overnight.
