Instructions

Step 1

The butter for making dessert should be at room temperature: we take it out of the refrigerator in advance. For now, manually break the cookies into small pieces.

Step 2

Beat the butter into a light fluffy mass with the addition of sugar. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave and cool slightly. Meanwhile, use a fork to lightly beat the egg. Add the egg to the chocolate and stir until thick.

Step 3

Add the thickened mass to the butter and sugar. Mix thoroughly but gently.
