It is necessary

  • - 350 g of rice groats;
  • - 200 g sour cream;
  • - 3 pcs. chicken eggs;
  • - 20 g butter;
  • - 20 g vanilla sugar;
  • - 10 g of ground cinnamon;
  • - 30 g seedless raisins;
  • - 1 PC. sweet apple.

Instructions

Step 1

Before cooking, sort out the raisins well, rinse them in warm water and pour boiling water over them for half an hour. The raisins should be soft, but not sour. Wrap the raisins in cheesecloth and squeeze out a little. Sprinkle evenly on a flat plate to dry slightly.

Step 2

Sort the rice, rinse seven to nine times in cold running water. Do it like this, put the rice in a small saucepan, cover with cold water, stir and drain, then repeat. Pour the washed rice with water and salt a little. Cook until tender, without stirring. Rice is better to take steamed, so it turns out to be more crumbly.

Step 3

Beat chicken eggs well in a blender, add vanilla sugar, beat again. Add sour cream in small portions to the beaten eggs. Then add boiled rice to the mixture, stir and let it brew a little.

Step 4

Wash the apple, wipe it and peel it with a sharp knife, remove the core. Cut the apple pulp into small cubes. Mix the apple and cinnamon.

Step 5

Lubricate the multicooker pan with oil. Pour half of the rice mixture, let it spread evenly. Spread the apples and cinnamon in a thin layer and cover with the rest of the mixture. Bake for one hour. After baking, let the casserole cool for twenty minutes without removing. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar or grated nuts.
