Muffins with cheese and garlic are a delicious and aromatic appetizer that goes well with wine and beer. Muffins can be made very quickly and with simple ingredients.
It is necessary
- - 140 gr. flour;
- - half a tablespoon of sugar;
- - 2 teaspoons baking powder;
- - 3/4 teaspoon of salt;
- - half a tablespoon of dry or granulated garlic;
- - 60 gr. butter;
- - 100 gr. grated cheese;
- - 120 ml of milk.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Step 2
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. The amount of salt can be reduced to half a teaspoon if desired.
Step 3
Cut the butter into pieces and use a fork to mix with dry ingredients until crumbly. Pour in milk and add grated cheese, knead the dough.
Step 4
We form a sausage from the dough and cut it into small pieces.
Step 5
We make balls of dough and put them in a muffin mold.

Bake until golden brown for 15 minutes.
