Basically, donuts are prepared with a sweet filling. I suggest you make this dish with fish. Fish donuts are perfect as an appetizer on a festive table.
It is necessary
- - cod fillet - 500 g;
- - flour - 1 glass;
- - milk - 0.5 cups;
- - eggs - 2 pcs.;
- - salt;
- - butter - 40 g;
- - parsley;
- - ground black pepper;
- - garlic - 2-3 cloves.
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost the cod fillets first. It is best to do this in the evening, so that it gradually melts in the refrigerator naturally. If you don't like cod, then use any other fish that has no bones or very few of them for making fish donuts.
Step 2
After peeling the cloves of garlic, pass them through the garlic dish. Rinse the parsley first, then chop it with a knife.
Step 3
Pour half a glass of milk into a saucepan. Add butter to it. Put the mixture on fire and cook, stirring continuously, until the butter is completely melted. After this procedure, remove the resulting mass to the side, removing it from the stove.
Step 4
Next, add sifted wheat flour and crushed garlic to the milk-creamy mass. Season with salt and pepper to your liking. Then place the chicken eggs one at a time there, whisking the mixture thoroughly after each, and chopped parsley. Mix everything properly.
Step 5
Cut the defrosted cod fillet into small pieces and add to the bulk. After kneading the dough thoroughly, form small balls out of it. Fry them in a large amount of hot vegetable oil on all sides until they acquire a golden brown crust. As soon as this happens, take out the fish donuts and wipe off excess fat by blotting with paper towels.
Step 6
Let the dish cool. Fish donuts are ready! Garnish with herbs before serving.
