Fish is very useful, and in combination with various vegetables it is doubly useful. Therefore, we propose to cook pangasius under a vegetable coat - the dish is prepared quickly, it can become a healthy breakfast or lunch.
It is necessary
- - 2 pcs. pangasius fillet;
- - 1 bell pepper;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 1 onion;
- - fresh herbs, spices, pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel raw carrots, rinse them, rub on a coarse grater. Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it, put grated carrots and onions in it.
Step 2
While the onions and carrots are fried, peel the red bell pepper from seeds and white partitions, cut into strips, send to vegetables. Add allspice, salt, spices to taste, stir. Let the vegetables simmer together for 5 minutes under a closed lid.
Step 3
Rinse the pangasius fillet, dry a little, pepper and salt to taste. You can take any other fish fillet at your discretion. If the pieces of fish are too large, cut them up for convenience.
Step 4
When the carrots, onions and peppers are soft (preferably crunchy), place them on top of the fish fillets. Send the fish and vegetables to the microwave for 5-7 minutes (the time depends on the power of your oven, but the fish cooks quickly enough).
Step 5
Pangasius under a fur coat is ready, you can sprinkle the dish with plenty of fresh herbs before serving, and spread mugs of fresh cucumber around for beauty.
