Italians love pasta as much as pizza, and it is not for nothing that pasta is an integral part of any Italian meal. It is easy to prepare it, for this you need to take fetuccine pasta. With mushrooms and green peas, the pasta will turn out to be very tasty.

It is necessary

  • For four servings:
  • - 400 g fettuccine;
  • - 200 g of green peas;
  • - 100 g of mushrooms;
  • - 100 g of minced veal;
  • - 70 g of parmesan, butter;
  • - 0.5 glasses of dry red wine;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - 3 cloves of garlic;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - pepper, salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Boil fettuccine until soft in salted water, drain in a colander.

Step 2

Rinse the mushrooms (you can take fresh mushrooms), chop finely. Peel the onion and garlic cloves, chop.

Step 3

Melt the butter in a skillet, pour in the olive oil. Saute the onion and garlic for 15 minutes over low heat.

Step 4

After that, add the minced meat with mushrooms to the pan, mix.

Step 5

After 15 minutes, add green peas, pour in red wine. Season with pepper and salt. Almost all of the liquid should evaporate. The sauce is ready.

Step 6

Rub the Parmesan cheese on a fine grater. Mix pasta with chilled sauce, sprinkle with cheese, serve immediately.
