This sweet pudding is made from just three ingredients - condensed milk, milk and eggs. To diversify the recipe for this pudding, you need to cook it with caramel, if you don't have ready-made caramel, you can make it yourself from ordinary sugar - it's very simple!
It is necessary
- For the pudding:
- - 2 cans of condensed milk;
- - milk - an amount equal to 2 cans of condensed milk;
- - 8 eggs.
- For caramel:
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the condensed milk into a deep bowl, add milk and beat in large chicken eggs. Beat with a mixer at low speed until smooth.
Step 2
Make caramel. To do this, pour sugar on the bottom of the mold, put the mold on fire, melt the sugar until caramel. Remove from heat (mold is very hot!), Leave to cool for a couple of minutes.
Step 3
Pour the future pudding on the bottom of the caramel mold. Place the pudding dish in a water bath, put in the oven, cook for 40 minutes at medium temperature. It is easy to check the readiness of the pudding: pry it slightly with a knife, the finished pudding should easily come off the edges.
Step 4
Remove the pudding from the pan by covering it with a plate and turning it over. You can garnish the pudding with fresh fruit pieces. Pre-chill the pudding with condensed milk completely, and then serve it as a breakfast or dessert.
