Ketchup, mayonnaise is, of course, good, but for a holiday you can prepare your own sauce. It will not take you so much time, but it is much healthier and tastier than a store product.
Instructions
Step 1
1/2 cup mayonnaise, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of finely grated turnips, 3 tbsp. spoons of chopped walnuts, 4 cloves of garlic.
Mix everything.. Melt 2 tbsp in a saucepan. tablespoons of butter. Add tbsp I there. spoon ku flour and fry until golden brown. Then, little by little, pour in 1 glass of vegetable or meat broth. Stir, cook a little. Season with salt and pepper and add 1 cup sour cream. Stir and cook a little more. Finally, chop chopped herbs (dill or parsley) into the sauce.
Step 2
Sour cream tomato sauce.
Prepare the sauce according to the Sour Cream recipe. In 1 st. a spoonful of butter, fry a little 1-1, 5 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste. Then add sour cream sauce, stir and cook a little.
Step 3
Sour cream with horseradish.
Prepare the sauce according to the Sour Cream recipe. Add 3 tbsp at the end. tablespoons of horseradish with lemon. Remove from heat immediately.
Step 4
Cranberry.
2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour, fry until brownish for 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter. Then pour in 2 cups of vegetable broth, stir and cook over low heat. Add salt and sugar, depending on your taste, and squeeze the juice from 100 g of cranberries. Stir and cook a little.
Step 5
Mayonnaise will be tastier if you add 2 finely grated egg yolks and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of mustard. Whisk everything into a homogeneous mass.
