  • - 120 ml of ready-made apricot marmalade or jam;
  • - 30 ml of Dijon mustard;
  • - 30 ml of apple cider vinegar;
  • - a pinch of garlic powder;
  • - 60 ml of water;
  • - a pinch of salt and pepper.

Step 1

First, prepare the sauce: in a cup, mix the apricot jam (marmalade), Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder and water. We remove the sauce to the side.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Pepper and salt the pork on both sides, fry in well-heated (but not steaming) oil. Fry the meat until tender and transfer to a plate.
