Chops in a slow cooker turn out to be unusually juicy due to vegetables and sauce. This dish is perfect for lunch or dinner.
It is necessary
- - beef pulp 600 g;
- - zucchini 1 pc.;
- - Bulgarian pepper 1 pc.;
- - pumpkin 300 g;
- - onion 1 pc.;
- - carrots 1 pc.;
- - green beans 300 g;
- - porcini mushrooms 200 g;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - chopped parsley;
- - ground black pepper;
- - vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and peel vegetables. Cut the onion, zucchini and carrots into thin strips. Cut the mushrooms into slices and the pumpkin into cubes.
Step 2
Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Arrange the squash, peppers, carrots, beans, and mushrooms. Fry for 5-10 minutes.
Step 3
Then cut the bacon into cubes, put it in the slow cooker with the vegetables. Add pumpkin.
Step 4
Wash the beef, pat dry with a paper towel. Cut into slices, then beat on both sides. Season the chops with salt and pepper. Place them with vegetables.
Step 5
Place onion and garlic on top of the meat. Cook for 30 minutes on Braze mode. Serve the chops with fresh herbs.
Step 6
For satiety, you can add potatoes to the dish. Then it should be added along with the pumpkin. The potatoes will make the dish stand alone and can be served without a side dish. For garnish, pasta and mashed potatoes are separately suitable.
Step 7
To thin the vegetable sauce, add 2 cups of water or vegetable stock while cooking. Then the meat will come out even more juicy and aromatic.
