Roast is usually prepared from meat and vegetables; in our case, meat will also be present, but not much. Due to the squid, an original dish with beans will turn out; it can be served for both lunch and dinner.
It is necessary
- For two servings:
- - a can of canned white beans;
- - squid carcass;
- - 170 ml of chicken broth;
- - 60 g of chicken;
- - carrot, bell pepper, tomato, onion;
- - garlic, tomato paste, tabasco sauce, curry, cilantro.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the onion, cut into smaller pieces, fry in oil for a few minutes. Peel the carrots, cut into cubes, send to the onion, after a couple of minutes add the pepper, cut into strips. A few minutes later, chopped chicken and chopped garlic.
Step 2
When the chicken is fried, add the chopped tomato, Tabasco sauce, curry, cover, simmer for 10-15 minutes over low heat.
Step 3
Then add the tomato paste. Stir. Rinse the beans, pour them into the roast. Cut the squid carcass into rings, add to vegetables, salt to taste. Previously, squid should not be added, since they cannot be cooked for a long time. Add half the chopped cilantro, cover, cook for a couple of minutes, then turn off the heat.
Step 4
Sprinkle leftover greens on the calamari bean roast before serving. Serve hot or sprinkle the roast over lettuce leaves.
