The first recipe for making chicken meatballs does not involve the addition of mushrooms and other extraneous ingredients, so it is great even for baby food. First, cut a couple of slices of white bread, put them in a bowl and cover with fresh cow's milk, leave for fifteen minutes (so that the bread is soaked). Then carefully squeeze the bread slices out of the milk.

Then rinse the chicken meat thoroughly under running water, drain off excess moisture, or pat dry with a cotton towel. Pass the chicken through a meat grinder. Add bread squeezed from milk to the minced meat, salt and pepper to taste, pass through a meat grinder again. Add a couple of tablespoons of butter to the mass, mix. Next, you need to carefully form small meatballs from the minced chicken, it is better to do this with slightly damp hands so that the meat does not stick to your palms. Dip the meatballs in pre-sifted flour, put in a frying pan preheated with vegetable oil, fry on both sides until golden brown. Serve the meatballs with mashed potatoes or rice porridge.

If you use a chicken carcass for cooking meatballs, and not fillets, then you need to thoroughly wash the bird, cut off the required amount of meat (without skin) from it and pass it through a meat grinder twice along with bread soaked in milk. Wash mushrooms (champignons) and remove debris and dark spots, finely chop and boil in salted water until tender.

Fry them in a well-heated skillet with butter. For a side dish, you can serve boiled potatoes, steamed vegetables, canned green peas.
