It is necessary

  • - 2 small shallot onions, chopped
  • - 1 sweet onion, chopped
  • - 4 chopped sprigs of parsley
  • - 2 tbsp. l. olive oil + lubrication
  • - 500 g minced sausage
  • - 500 g puff pastry
  • - 1 egg (beat)
  • - salt and ground black pepper

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 220 ° C. Combine both onions with parsley. Heat the oil in a skillet and cook the onion mixture until tender. Remove from heat.

Step 2

Mix the onion with the minced sausage. Roll out the dough on a floured table and cut into 12 rectangles. Spread the minced meat over them in a strip closer to one of the edges. Season with salt and pepper.
