- - 2 small shallot onions, chopped
- - 1 sweet onion, chopped
- - 4 chopped sprigs of parsley
- - 2 tbsp. l. olive oil + lubrication
- - 500 g minced sausage
- - 500 g puff pastry
- - 1 egg (beat)
- - salt and ground black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 220 ° C. Combine both onions with parsley. Heat the oil in a skillet and cook the onion mixture until tender. Remove from heat.
Step 2
Mix the onion with the minced sausage. Roll out the dough on a floured table and cut into 12 rectangles. Spread the minced meat over them in a strip closer to one of the edges. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Brush the edges of the dough with a beaten egg and fold the rectangles in half to make small patties. Pinch the edges. Cut the patties diagonally and brush the top with an egg.
Step 4
Place the patties on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the dough rises and is browned. Cool slightly. Serve warm.
