It is necessary

    • 20 ml absinthe;
    • 20 ml of Cointreau liqueur;
    • 20 ml gin;
    • 20 ml Triple Sec liqueur;
    • ice.

Instructions

Step 1

In the case when you have a shaker, then mix the components according to the scheme described below. Fill the glass part of your shaker with ice until the container is ¾ full.

Step 2

Start pouring in the right ingredients. The sequence of adding drinks is as follows: absinthe goes first, then Triple Sec liqueur, then pour in Cointreau liqueur and last - gin, i.e. from cheap to more expensive. This order is recommended by professionals.

Step 3

After all the ingredients have been added to the shaker, pour the resulting contents from the glass part into the metal part. Mix the ingredients by shaking for 10-15 seconds. If you have a lot of guests or customers at the bar, and the shaker lid is lost somewhere, use your own palm or glass holder.

Step 4

Remove the glass part and strain the drink through a strainer or with a knife into the prepared portion dishes. If you have highball or old style glasses, do not strain the ice.

Step 5

When you do not have a shaker, but have a mixing glass, place all the ingredients in it in the order indicated in the steps above and mix in sharp circular motions. Since the ingredients of the blanche are not very complex in consistency, this mixing method is quite suitable.

Step 6

Prepare glasses to serve to guests. In clean serving glasses, wipe the edges with a slice of lemon or orange. Immerse with gentle twisting movements in a container of salt if the rim is treated with lemon or sugar if it is an orange. But do not press the edges of the glass too deep, as ugly lumps may form. This technique is used to create a frost-like rim. Looks pretty dainty.
