Step 1

Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Rub the yolks with salt and, without ceasing to grind, begin to gradually introduce flour and sour cream alternately. Do this in small portions.

Beat the whites with a whisk or mixer in a thick foam and gently add them to the finished mass.

Brush a deep baking dish with butter and transfer the snack cake batter into it. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, place the baking dish in it and bake the crust. When it turns dark golden in color, remove the dish from the oven. After the cake has cooled, cut it horizontally into three equal pieces.
