Delicious and nutritious mushroom salad can be quickly made for any holiday. This salad does not need to be left to soak and can be made right before serving.
It is necessary
Chicken fillet - 300 grams, 200 grams of fresh or frozen mushrooms, 1/2 can of pickled mushrooms, 100 grams of hard cheese, 1/2 can of corn, 2-3 eggs, 5 pickled gherkins (or 1 pickled cucumber), 1/3 small onions, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, parsley
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken fillet and cook over high heat. After boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the champignons into pieces and fry in vegetable oil along with chopped onions. Remove honey mushrooms from the jar and rinse.
Step 3
Cut the boiled chicken fillet into cubes, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, gherkins on a fine grater. Hard boil the eggs.
Step 4
Mix chicken fillet with mushrooms, honey mushrooms, cheese and gherkins, add corn and mayonnaise. Stir and form a slide.
Step 5
Peel the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. On top of the salad, rub the whites first, and then the yolks. Decorate with parsley leaves.
