Pizza has become one of the most favorite dishes on our table. The recipe, as well as the variety of ingredients used, makes this dish always new. However, it should be noted that yeast dough is always used in classic pizza. And the typical Italian composition of pizza fillings is as follows: mozzarella cheese, emmental, tomatoes, garlic, savory, sausages, olives, capers, garlic, olives, fried onions, salami. All products that go into the pizza filling are cut into small, equal-sized pieces.

- 12 g (1/2 sachet) dry yeast
- 1.5 cups wheat flour
- 0.5 cups water
- ½ teaspoon salt

- For filling:
- 150 g bacon
- 2 bell peppers
- 150 g parmesan cheese or any hard cheese
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of dried basil
- for tomato sauce:
- 4-5 tomato
- 3 cloves of garlic
- ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- vegetable oil for frying

Step 1
Prepare pizza dough by sieving flour through a sieve.

Dissolve yeast in warm water (about 30 degrees). After 5-10 minutes the yeast begins to "walk", a foam appears on the surface.

Add yeast, salt, olive oil to the sifted flour and knead the dough.

Place the dough to rise for 1.5-2 hours in a warm place.

While the dough is rising, prepare the tomato sauce.

Blanch the tomatoes and peel them.

Chop the tomatoes finely and simmer over low heat for 25-30 minutes.

The tomatoes should be boiled almost twice.

Peel the garlic and pass through a press.

Add garlic, spices and peppers to the tomatoes, a pinch of sugar and salt.
Cook for another 5-7 minutes.

Prepare the stuffing products.

Remove the stalk and seeds from the pepper. Cut the peppers into thin strips.

Cut bacon and cheese into thin slices.

Roll out the risen dough into a large tortilla.

Place the tortilla on a baking sheet and pierce in several places with a fork on top.

Before spreading the filling, the dough should stand in a warm place for 15-20 minutes. At the same time, the baking sheet should be covered with a towel so that the top of the cake does not dry out.

Lightly brush the surface of the tortilla with tomato sauce.

Top with bacon, cheese and pepper slices.

Bake the pizza in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
