It is necessary

  • - flour - 300g;
  • - tremors - 12 g;
  • - water - 150 ml;
  • - salt - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • - sugar - 1 teaspoon;
  • - vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • - hard cheese - 100 g;
  • - thick tomato juice or ketchup;
  • - vegetables, ham, mushrooms or meat for filling.

Instructions

Step 1

We take 50 ml of water, dilute yeast in it, add sugar. Mix thoroughly. Add vegetable oil and salt to the rest of the water (100 ml). It is better to take refined sunflower oil.

Step 2

Sift the flour over a bowl, pour out the yeast mixture, mix. Then add water and oil and mix everything thoroughly with a spoon, after which we knead the dough with our hands on the table. If it sticks to our hands, powder our hands with flour. You should not add a lot of flour to the dough - it is better to knead it longer so that it becomes dense, but soft and elastic. Then cover the bowl with a towel and put it in a warm place for about forty minutes - until the dough rises 1.5-2 times.

Step 3

We put the oven to heat up to 220 degrees. Take out the dough, knead and roll out a thin pizza base. Line the baking sheet with baking paper or grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour. We spread the rolled dough on a baking sheet.

Step 4

Grease the dough on top with vegetable oil, only after that - with thick tomato juice. If there is no juice, you can use ketchup, in which case oil is optional. Salt on top, you can add other seasonings to taste.

Step 5

Put the filling on top. The filling can be used in different ways - it all depends on your taste.

For pizza with sausage or ham: lay out the thinly sliced pieces, leaving gaps between them.

For pizza with champignons: Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry in vegetable oil with onion rings for 10-15 minutes. Put in a thin layer over the dough.

For pizza with chicken: cooked meat is used, cut into small pieces.

All of these components can be used in pure form or in various combinations. You can alternate the filling pieces with olives, thinly sliced bell pepper rings, tomatoes, onions, herbs. But in no case should there be too much filling - it should lie on the dough in a thin layer.

Sprinkle generously with grated cheese on top.

Step 6

We put the pizza in a preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
