Despite the fact that people buy capsule coffee machines to make their life easier, in practice it turns out that making delicious coffee is fraught with one problem: you can only buy capsules that are made for your type of machine. There are no universal capsules for all coffee machines.

Step 1
The coffee capsule is disposable. This is a small container that is placed in the right place in the coffee machine, which then prepares a delicious and aromatic drink based on the contents of the capsule. Although there are no universal or cheaper capsules for coffee machines, Russian consumers have found a way to reduce the cost of using the machine by learning how to refill disposable capsules. This allows you to try other flavors of coffee, for example, you can buy capsules from other manufacturers and pour their contents into the capsule from your machine.
Step 2
All capsules have the same structure: they consist of a plastic container, on both sides of which there are membranes that protect the coffee inside. When the machine damages the membrane with the needle, it renders the capsule unusable. Therefore, you cannot take one capsule and refill it. But you can make a reusable capsule yourself from two already used ones.
Step 3
First, cut off the lower part from one capsule, the cut should be slightly higher, where the damaged foil membrane is located. Discard this membrane itself. Then carefully clean the coffee and dry the container. The other membrane that is preserved in the capsule must remain intact.
Step 4
Cut the second capsule approximately in the center. The cut line should be straight, so sharp scissors will be needed. Remove the coffee from this capsule as well, keeping its membrane. Now you can connect two capsules by putting one on the other. This will create a reusable design.
Step 5
When making coffee with such a capsule, it is very important that the hole at the top of the capsule is exactly aligned with the needle piercing it. Otherwise, ground coffee can get into the mechanical part of the machine and render it unusable.
