Those salads are tasty where all the ingredients are soft and similar in taste and texture. Therefore, a salad with chicken, buckwheat and cheese will appeal to everyone. The chicken layer is tender, somewhat reminiscent of pate. Sometimes sour onion pieces will come across. In the egg layer there is also buckwheat, which gives the salad a touch. The cheese adds a saltiness to the salad.
