Home-cooked sausage is an absolutely natural product. This sausage is ideal for breakfast and can be kept in the refrigerator for a long time. In this case, the recipe can always be diversified with additional ingredients to taste.
It is necessary
- - low-fat pork meat (1, 7 kg);
- –Salt, pepper to taste;
- –Chicken egg (1 pc.);
- –Dry cream (40 g);
- –Coriander to taste;
- - seasoning "Italian herbs" to taste;
- - garlic (2 cloves).
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the meat for processing first. Take pork, remove all veins and fat layers with a sharp knife. Place the chopped meat in a blender and grind two to three times. Then carefully sort the minced meat and remove the remaining veins.
Step 2
Add garlic, coriander, dried cream and other spices to the minced meat in sequence. Sweep the minced meat again with a blender. The consistency should be uniform and free of lumps.
Step 3
The next step is to add the egg, which must first be beaten a little. Knead the minced meat again with clean hands. Next, form several rolls from the minced meat, wrap each in culinary parchment paper. Tightly wrap the ends on the sides so that the minced meat does not leak out during cooking.
Step 4
Next, wrap each sausage in food foil, and twist the ends tightly as well. Rewind each end with heavy thread. Take a saucepan, carefully place the sausage, add water. Place a heavy plate on top to serve as a cooking press.
Step 5
Cook the sausage over low heat for at least 45 minutes, then remove it without unrolling and leave it at room temperature. Put the sausage in the refrigerator overnight, and in the morning remove the foil and paper and cut into portions.
