Meat, onions are passed through a meat grinder twice. You can put 150 grams of white bread or bread crumbs soaked in milk in the minced meat. All ingredients are added and the mass mixes well.

Before boiling, the meatballs can be fried a little in sunflower oil. At the same time, they will form an appetizing crust. You can dip these meat products directly into liquid - water or broth. One of the important conditions for cooking is putting meatballs in boiling water. If you put them in a cold place, they can fall apart.

In order for the meatballs to cook well, they are not molded very large - about the size of a walnut. Now you need to put them one by one in boiling water and make a small fire. The resulting foam is collected from the surface of the broth.
Step 6
The meatballs are periodically stirred with a spoon so that they do not stick to the bottom of the pan. After the meat balls float up, they are boiled for another 12-15 minutes.

You can add boiled rice to the minced meat before cooking, in a 2: 1 ratio, then you get a variety of meatballs - "Hedgehogs". Ready-made products are good with tomato or sour cream sauce. You can immediately cook meatballs in a little water with the addition of tomato paste or sour cream.
