Crispy pickles prepared according to this recipe have a spicy sweet and sour taste. Waiting for guests, you can pickle such cucumbers literally in a day and be sure that they will not stagnate in the refrigerator.
It is necessary
- For one can of 600 ml:
- - cucumbers (thinly sliced) - 2 cups;
- - onions (chopped) - 1/4 cup;
- - bell peppers (chopped) - 1/4 cup.
- To prepare the marinade:
- - table vinegar 9% - 1/3 cup;
- - granulated sugar - 3/4 cup;
- - salt - 1 tsp.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel, wash and finely chop the bell peppers. Peel the onions and cut them into small cubes.
Step 2
Wash cucumbers and chop into thin strips. Stir the vegetables and place in a pre-prepared sterilized jar.
Step 3
Add 9% vinegar, salt and sugar to a saucepan, bring the marinade to a boil. Pour the prepared hot marinade over the vegetables in the jar. Cool the jar and refrigerate. After a day, the cucumbers can be served.
Step 4
If you want to save the cucumbers for the winter, then pour the marinade into the jar, wait 10 minutes and drain the marinade into the pan. Boil the marinade again and add the vegetables again.
Step 5
Close the jar with a sterilized screw cap. Turn the jar over and wrap it with a towel until it cools completely. Store the jar of cucumbers in a cool, dark place.
