Try making a fragrant hodgepodge of meat. Pickled cucumbers are an irreplaceable ingredient that makes the soup spicy and piquant.

You will need:

- 500 g of beef bones;

- 250 g of bones from smoked meats;

- 400 g of beef;

- 300 g of meat products (boiled meat, sausages, sausages);

- 3 onions;

- 200 g of pickled cucumbers;

- 0.5 cups of tomato puree;

- 2 tablespoons of butter;

- a handful of olives, olives;

- 1 tablespoon of capers;

- a bunch of greens (parsley, dill);

- lemon;

- freshly ground black pepper.

Do not skimp on meat products - the more varied the set, the more concentrated and rich in taste the hodgepodge will turn out.

Boil the broth - it will take about 3 hours to cook. Cover the bones with water and simmer for about 2 hours. Then put a piece of meat in the broth and continue cooking for another hour.

Peel the onion, chop and sauté in butter heated in a saucepan until transparent. Add the tomato puree to the onion and cook together. Peel and seed pickles, cut into slices and simmer in a little broth.

Remove the bones from the pan, chop the meat, strain the broth. For a hodgepodge, you will need about two liters. Pour the broth over the fried onion and tomato, add the stewed cucumbers and the meat set, cut into pieces. Preheat the contents of the saucepan without boiling.

Add chopped greens, olives and capers, cover the soup and let it brew for 10 minutes.

Pour the hodgepodge into plates, add a slice of lemon without skin and seeds, freshly ground black pepper and a spoonful of sour cream to each plate.

Meat with cucumbers

A delicious and unusual dish for every day - fried with pickles, stewed in sour cream. Prepare mashed potatoes as a side dish.

You will need:

- 500 g of pork pulp;

- 3 pickles;

- 2 onions;

- 1 glass of sour cream;

- freshly ground black pepper;

- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

According to this recipe, you can cook not only pork, but also beef or chicken fillet.

Rinse the pork, pat dry with napkins. Cut the meat into strips and the onion into thin half rings. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the onion in it until golden brown. Add the meat and cook everything for about 7 minutes, stirring constantly. Cut the cucumbers into strips and place in the pan. Stir everything and cover with sour cream.

Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer for about 20 minutes. The sauce should thicken. If it seems too runny for you, add a teaspoon of flour and stir. Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper over the dish before serving.
