By the summer, pickles sometimes remain, but there is no longer a great desire to use them. Then you can come up with new delicious dishes with them!
It is necessary
- - pickled cucumbers 4 pcs.;
- - pickled mushrooms 100 g;
- - Korean carrots 70 g;
- - onion 1 pc.;
- - vinegar 3% 2 teaspoons;
- - sugar 0.5 teaspoon;
- - soy sauce 1, 5 tbsp. spoons;
- - ground black pepper;
- - dill;
- - canned corn.
Instructions
Step 1
Take pickles, cut them in half lengthwise. With a teaspoon, remove some of the pulp from the middle and simmer it in a little water. Then drain the water and cool the cucumbers.
Step 2
Pour the soy sauce over the cucumber boats and pepper to taste. Leave them on for 10 minutes. Peel the onion, cut into large pieces and sprinkle with sugar and drizzle with vinegar, mix everything. Drain the marinade from the jar of mushrooms, rinse the mushrooms well with cold water. Then chop them finely. Chop the Korean carrots finely as well as the mushrooms. Combine onions, carrots and mushrooms and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Gently stuff the cucumber boats with the mushroom mixture and serve, garnish with canned corn and dill beforehand.
