    • - baking soda - 0.5 teaspoon;
    • - flour - 3 glasses.

Step 1

The stuffed nut dough can be prepared in a variety of ways.

Option one: take a cup, break two eggs into it and mix with 1, 2 tbsp. sugar - set aside. Prepare a saucepan, put 250 gr. butter, salt a little. Put the saucepan on the fire, melt the butter, but do not bring it to a boil.

Step 2

Then pour the egg and sugar mixture into a saucepan. Add ½ teaspoon of baking soda, quenched with 1 teaspoon of vinegar, add 3 cups of flour. Knead the mass with your hands until it stops sticking to them. The dough should be thick enough and smooth enough to form small balls.

Option two: take 150 grams of butter and 3 tablespoons of sugar. The dough butter should be soft enough to grind with sugar. If the pack is frozen, leave it at room temperature for 2-3 hours.

Place the softened butter in a cup and mix with the sugar. Add two eggs and a tablespoon of brandy - mash everything well with a fork. Then add a tablespoon of honey. Quench half a teaspoon of baking soda with one teaspoon of vinegar and gradually add flour.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly - you should get a homogeneous, plastic dough. Put it in a mold in small pieces into the grooves of the "nuts". Remove the excess protruding from the edges of the form - they will burn.
