- if you bought not calcined buckwheat, before cooking, fry it in a pan for 5-7 minutes and sift through a sieve;

After preparing the cereal, it remains to cook the buckwheat in a saucepan with thick walls, even better in a cauldron. It's simple: preheat the dishes a little, put a glass of cereal in it and fill it with two glasses of clean filtered water.
