Raspberry cocktail with ice cream

This drink is perfect for a hot summer day. If you prefer a more dietary option, eliminate the cream by replacing it with skim milk, and use milk ice cream instead of ice cream.

You will need:

- 600 g of ripe raspberries;

- sugar to taste;

- 1 liter of water;

- 0.5 cups of cream;

- 1, 5 glasses of milk;

- a pack of ice cream.

Sort the raspberries and rinse well. Place it in a bowl and mash with a crush or wooden spoon. Fold the puree into a linen bag and squeeze. Add sugar to the resulting juice to taste, pour in water and stir. Then add the cream mixed with milk. Refrigerate the cocktail for a couple of hours. Before serving, pour the drink into glasses, add a ball of ice cream to each glass.

Lemon cocktail

Egg yolk and grated cheese are added to this original drink. Serve the cocktail for an afternoon snack with vanilla croutons or biscuits.

You will need:

- 0.5 lemons;

- 100 g of grated cheese;

- 1 egg yolk;

- 0.5 cups of cold milk.

Put grated cheese, yolk and milk into a mixer. Whisk everything into a lather. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon, pour it into the mixer and beat for another 1 minute. Serve well chilled. If desired, each serving can be sprinkled with a pinch of grated nutmeg and garnished with a curl cut from a lemon rind.

Banana cocktail

For a delicious shake, use very ripe, soft bananas.

You will need:

- 100 g of ice cream;

- 2 bananas;

- 400 ml of cold milk;

- a couple of slices of milk chocolate.

Peel the bananas, break them into pieces and beat in a mixer, turning into a puree. Add milk and ice cream and continue whisking until smooth and frothy. Pour the drink into tall glasses, sprinkle each portion with finely grated chocolate.

Assorted cocktail

Any frozen berries - blueberries, raspberries, strawberries or pitted cherries - are suitable for making a cocktail.

You will need:

- 300 g of frozen berries;

- 1 glass of milk;

- 1 glass of cream;

- sugar to taste;

- crushed ice.

Put frozen berries in a saucepan, add sugar. While stirring, heat them until juice appears. Then beat the berries in a mixer, turning them into puree. Mix the cream with milk, pour into a mixer and continue whisking until the drink is completely homogeneous. Pour the cocktail into glasses, dip a couple of ice cubes into each glass.
