Traditionally, rum is considered a drink of pirates and robbers, dating back to ancient times. The history of this drink begins from the moment when the wars of A. Macedonian brought sugar cane to Europe, then this plant penetrated to America.

In the Caribbean, nature favored the fact that the reeds reached a height of about 5 meters. One day, the slaves noticed that the molasses formed after the production of sugar was fermented into alcohol. In the Caribbean, they mastered the process of distilling molasses and produced the first rum. Subsequently, rum production spread to other countries.
