Step 1

Pour cold milk into the frother, close the lid with the whisk installed, turn on the device. The milk inside is heated and whipped at the same time, after a minute foam forms. The appliance is adjusted so as not to overheat the milk (boiling milk does not foam) and switches off automatically at a certain temperature. That is why it is important to pour in cold milk.

Step 2

Use the special foam nozzle for your coffee machine. Pour cold milk halfway into a glass, tilt it at an angle of fifteen to twenty-five degrees and bring it to the nozzle, turn on the steam function, wait a few seconds for water droplets to come out of the nozzle, then immerse it in the milk.

Step 3

Make sure that the nozzle does not sink too deep, hold it closer to the top edge of the liquid. After use, clean the attachment: turn it on and immerse it in water for a few seconds (this will wash out the milk that gets inside during whipping).

Step 4

Use not milk, but cream for making foam without special devices, as they are much denser and easier to whip.

Step 5

Pour cold cream (up to half the volume) into a metal mug, place on the stove, heat over low heat for about ten to fifteen seconds, immerse a cappuccino whisk in the liquid, or use a mixer with a whisk attachment. Do not bring the cream too hot. Remove the mug from the heat and spoon the foam into the cup.

Prepare cappuccino cups in advance: boil and pour into cups for one third of the espresso, add in a third of hot milk, also prepare ground cinnamon, grated chocolate, vanilla sugar. All of this should be prepared when you start making the foam.
