The graceful simplicity of a Martini Bianco cocktail glass evokes thoughts of serenity. Before your eyes, a picture immediately rises from the picturesque sea coast, where you can enjoy the sun and relaxation all day, lazily sipping a delicious drink through a straw. This atmosphere can be created at home using interesting recipes.
Hot martini with olives
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
- 80 ml Martini Bianco;
- 120 ml of gin;
- 40 ml Tabasco sauce;
- 60 ml of olive juice (liquid from a can);
- 12 pitted olives.
Pour 20 ml vermouth into each triangular glass, turning it so that the wine moistens the entire inner surface. Mix all other ingredients in a cocktail shaker and pour equally. Place 3 olives each on toothpicks or special plastic skewers and dip them into drinks.
Iced watermelon punch with martini
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
- 300 ml Martini Bianco;
- 300 g of watermelon pulp without seeds;
- 1, 5 tbsp. Sahara;
- 2 tbsp. crushed ice.
Transfer the watermelon pulp to a blender bowl, pour in the martini, add sugar and beat until smooth and the loose product is dissolved. Add ice there, pour the punch into tall, freezer-chilled glasses, garnish with umbrellas, and serve immediately.
Rye Manhattan
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 120 ml Martini Bianco;
- 120 ml rye whiskey;
- 4 tsp bitter balm;
- 2 cocktail cherries;
- 1 tbsp. crushed ice.
Place the wide bourbon glasses in the freezer for 15 minutes. Combine all types of alcohol with ice in a shaker and shake it for 20 seconds. Take out the dishes, fill them equally with the prepared drink and put in the cherries.
Creamy martini cocktail
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 100 ml Martini Bianco;
- 160 g creamy ice cream;
- 2 tbsp. condensed milk;
- 15 g of grated chocolate.
Leave the ice cream for half an hour at room temperature, then mix it well with condensed milk, alcohol, spoon into triangular glasses and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
Honey apple martini
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 100 ml Martini Bianco;
- 20 g of liquid honey;
- 150 ml of light apple juice.
Take wide round glasses, put a teaspoon of honey in each, pour vermouth and apple juice and stir.
Cranberry martini
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 160 ml Martini Bianco;
- 80 ml of vodka;
- 150 fresh or frozen cranberries;
- 40 g of icing sugar;
- 1 tbsp. Sahara.
Rinse the cranberries and crush in a mortar or blender. Transfer it to a saucepan, add sugar, pour in 400 ml of water and heat everything over high heat. Bring the berry mixture to a boil and immediately remove from the stove. Cool and strain.
Pour 20 g of icing sugar into a glass or glass, alternately pour cranberry broth, martini and vodka and chill in the refrigerator.
