Non-alcoholic champagne - what is it? Champagne without alcohol is good for most celebrations.
Despite the fact that the drink is non-alcoholic, it does not get worse from this, and the feeling of a holiday is still present.
It is necessary
- - water - 1.5 liters;
- - honey - 3 tbsp. l.;
- - brown sugar - 4 tbsp. l;
- - lemon zest;
- - ginger - 1/4 tsp;
- - cardamom - 1/4 tsp;
- - bay leaf - 2 pcs.;
- - nutmeg - 1/4;
- - cinnamon - 1/4 tsp;
- - cloves - 2-3 pcs.;
- - raisins.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the water on to warm up. As soon as it starts to boil, lower the temperature by placing all the above ingredients: sugar, honey and the rest (except raisins), a little lemon zest; mix everything well. It is enough to cook for 10 - 15 minutes. and can be removed from the stove. Place the lid on the pot and wait for the drink to cool.
Step 2
The contents of the pan can be passed through a sieve or cheesecloth into any suitable vessel, having thrown three pieces of raisins in advance - this is necessary for fermentation. When the drink begins to ferment, it will look like everyone's favorite kvass, which is not considered an alcoholic drink.
Step 3
Depending on your taste preferences, you can change the list of ingredients or add something of your own to an existing recipe. But the bay leaf must be added a priori, because it plays a major role here, so you cannot remove it from the recipe or replace it with something else.
