It is necessary

  • For jelly:
  • - 750 ml of champagne,
  • - 1 orange,
  • - 150 g canned pineapples,
  • - 150 g sugar
  • - 40 g of gelatin.
  • For decoration:
  • - cream to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour half the champagne into a bowl and set aside until gas comes out. After the gases come out, add 40 grams of gelatin to the champagne and leave for 15 minutes to swell.

Step 2

Rinse the orange and cut off the peel with some of the pulp. For jelly, you need clean orange slices without a white film. Divide the peeled orange into wedges and cut them into small cubes.

Step 3

Pour 150 grams of sugar into a saucepan, which pour over the remaining champagne. While stirring, heat the contents of the saucepan until the sugar crystals dissolve (about 3-4 minutes). Then remove the pan from the heat and add the mixture with gelatin to the heated champagne, mix well.

Step 4

Put slices of orange, pieces of canned pineapple in beautiful glasses and gently fill with prepared gelatinous champagne (you do not need to mix). Refrigerate the dessert for a few hours. After the gelatin hardens, the dessert can be served.

Step 5

Garnish with whipped cream before serving. The original delicacy is ready. Such a dessert will decorate any festive table.
