From the usual English pie in this recipe, perhaps, only puff pastry. But any conventions give way to the possibility of a delicious and quickly cooked breakfast. And after trying, you finally agree: this is a real morning meal, no questions asked!
It is necessary
- - ready-made puff pastry - 300 grams;
- - chicken egg - 4 pieces;
- - fat sour cream - 200 grams;
- - bacon - 150 grams;
- - fresh parsley or any other greens - 3 sprigs;
- - spices - by preference.
Instructions
Step 1
The basis of any pie is dough and it should be tackled first of all. Defrost the finished puff pastry if necessary and roll it out a little thicker than the dumplings dough.
Pre-grease the selected form for the ration with butter, margarine, lard or fat. Those who want to make the dish more dietary should pay attention to silicone bakeware. It does not need to be lubricated, just sprinkle with cold water.
Cover the bottom and sides of the form with rolled dough.
Step 2
Next, you need to prepare the fill. To do this, cut the bacon into thin strips or small cubes. If desired, you can replace it with cervelat, ham or your favorite sausage, preferably cooked smoked.
Rinse parsley or other herbs, dry and chop finely.
Combine sour cream and herbs in a container, add bacon, move.
Put the filling on the dough and distribute evenly.
Step 3
Gently break a chicken egg into a bowl or glass, keeping the yolk intact and pour it over the sour cream with bacon. Repeat the same with the remaining eggs.
Season them with salt and pepper as desired.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and send the pie to bake for 20 minutes.
