- - 200 g butter;
- - 1 cup of sugar;

- - 1 glass of kefir;
- - 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar;
- - 1, 5-2 tsp cocoa spoons;
- - 2 pinches of salt;
- - 0.5 cups of powdered sugar;
- - 1, 5-2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
Instructions
Step 1
First, let's prepare the crumb. To do this, mix 1 glass of flour, half a glass of sugar, cocoa; add a pinch of salt and 100 grams of butter, pre-cut or grated. Rub everything with your hands and send to the refrigerator.
Step 2
Turn on the oven, let it heat up to 180 degrees. In the meantime, we will proceed to the test.
Step 3
Combine the remaining flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Whisk in half a glass of sugar and 100 grams of butter. Add lemon zest, kefir and egg. Mix the whole mixture thoroughly, or even better, whisk.
Step 4
Add baking powder and vanilla sugar. Mix everything thoroughly again so that there are no lumps.
Step 5
Pour the dough into molds. They must be filled in with ⅔. Sprinkle with crumbs on top and bake for 40-45 minutes.
Step 6
While the muffins are cooking, let's make the icing. Just mix the icing sugar and lemon juice.
Step 7
Let the finished muffins cool slightly. They should be warm. Pour the icing over them and serve.
