It is necessary
- - 175 g of takhinny halva;
- - 250 g dry biscuit cookies;
- - 75 g milk chocolate;
- - 25 g of dark chocolate;
- - 50 g of white chocolate;
- - 75 ml of milk;
- - 175 ml cream;
- - nuts or coconut flakes for rolling.
Instructions
Step 1
Heat milk and cream in a water bath or in the microwave.
Step 2
Add chopped chocolate and keep on fire until the chocolate is completely dissolved. Stir until smooth.
Step 3
In a blender, grind the cookies with halva into crumbs. Pour into a large bowl and combine with the creamy chocolate mixture. Stir until smooth and let cool.
Step 4
Roll small balls from the cooled mass and roll them in nut crumbs or coconut flakes. Put in the refrigerator to harden for 1, 5 hours at least.
