  • - Chicken breast or fillet - 1 pc.
  • - Small tomato - 2-3 pcs.
  • - Green onions - several feathers.
  • - Dill or parsley - to taste.
  • - Unflavored yogurt - 2 tablespoons
  • - Hard cheese - 100-150 gr.
  • - Spices (Provencal herbs are very good).
  • - Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the peppers into halves, remove the seeds. You don't have to cut off the tails - it will be even more interesting, besides, more minced meat will fit.

Step 2

Cut chicken meat into small pieces - no more than 1x1 cm or less - it depends on your taste.

Step 3

We peel the tomatoes: dip them in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then scald with cold water and clean. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, about 0.5x0.5 cm.

Step 4

We make minced meat: chop greens, add tomatoes, chopped chicken and fill everything with yogurt, add spices and salt with pepper, mix everything thoroughly.

Step 5

Put the peppers on a baking sheet, fill with minced meat and put in the oven for 30 minutes (at 180-200 degrees).

Step 6

We rub the cheese, and as soon as the peppers are cooked, sprinkle the dish on top with them and put in the oven for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese melts.
