Step 1

Make a dough. Add yeast to 100 ml of warm water, dissolving it completely. Add some sugar and salt. Pour in flour until the consistency of sour cream and mix thoroughly. Leave the bread dough for 20-25 minutes. The dough will allow the bread dough to rise faster and improve its flavor.

Step 2

Make a dough piece. Heat the remaining water to a temperature of 37-40 degrees, beat an egg, add sugar and salt. Pour in a spoonful of oil.

Step 3

Add the prepared dough to the dough piece. Mix thoroughly, there should be no pieces of dough left in the preparation, this will spoil the taste of the bread. Then add flour and stir. Knead the dough with your hands. If the dough is too soft, add more flour. The readiness of the dough can be determined by how much it sticks to your hands. The finished dough should practically not remain on the fingers. Leave the dough to simmer for 2-3 hours.

Step 4

Arrange the risen dough in the greased tins. The dough should fill the mold up to half. If there are no molds, then you can shape the bread with your hands, dividing it into 2 portions. Let the dough sit for 25-35 minutes, it should rise before baking.

Step 5

Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees. Place the prepared bread dough in the oven. Bake until tender 35-45 minutes.

Step 6

Remove the finished bread from the molds and, cover with a towel, let cool slightly.
