Rinse the peeled potatoes again, now with cold water. Dry it lightly on a towel.

Heat the oven to 200 ° C. Place baking paper on a baking sheet. Cut the edges of the paper so that they do not burn. You do not need to oil it.

Place the potato circles on a baking sheet in one layer. Make sure that the pieces do not overlap. Place a baking sheet with future chips in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
