Wash the potatoes with warm water. Rub each tuber with a brush. Peel the skin. Rinse the peeled potatoes again, now with cold water. Dry it lightly on a towel.

Rinse the dill with running water. Shake off the water. Cut off the tough part of the twigs. Finely chop half a bunch of dill.

Place the chopped potatoes in a saucepan with butter and spices. Close the lid and shake gently so that the circles are evenly saturated with vegetable oil. Remove the lid and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Heat the oven to 200 ° C. Place baking paper on a baking sheet. Cut the edges of the paper so that they do not burn. You do not need to oil it.
