Instructions
Step 1
Pour warm water into a cup, add egg and salt. Stir constantly, gently add flour. Knead the dough. It should turn out to be cool, but at the same time soft and elastic.

We pass pork, beef, onion and garlic through a meat grinder. We mix everything. Add salt, pepper to taste and some milk.
Step 3
Roll out a large pancake about 2-3 millimeters thick from the dough. Cut out the circles. To do this, you can use a glass, periodically dip the edges into flour so that the dough does not stick.
Step 4
On a circle of dough, spread about 1 tbsp. l minced meat, pinch the edges, leave a small hole in the middle.
