Buryat poses are somewhat similar to manti and dumplings, but still differ from them in their unique taste and amazing aroma. Preparing such a dish is quite simple, the main thing is to cook a large amount of green onions.

- • 1 chicken egg;
- • 250 g minced beef;
- • ground black pepper;
- • a large bunch of green onions;
- • 250 g minced pork;
- • ½ kg of wheat flour;
- • salt;
- • 1 large onion head;
- • ¼ teaspoon of red ground pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the dough. You need to sift the flour and add salt, water to it and break the egg. Then knead the dough, it should be not very tight and elastic enough. Place the finished dough in a plastic bag and leave in a cool place.

After that, you should start preparing the minced meat. Combine the minced beef and pork and stir well.
Step 3
Rinse the green onions thoroughly, wait for the excess liquid to drain and chop finely using a sharp knife. Remove the husk from the onions and rinse well in cold water. The onion should then be cut into very small cubes.
Step 4
Spring and onions are poured into a bowl of minced meat. Everything is well mixed so that the mass eventually becomes homogeneous. Then the required amount of salt and pepper is added to the minced meat, and again everything is well mixed. If the minced meat is not very juicy, then add some pure water to it.
Step 5
Cut the finished dough into small pieces, sprinkle them with flour and form into balls. Use a rolling pin to make neat cakes from these balls.
Step 6
A small amount of prepared minced meat should be put in the center of each finished cake. Then the dough is gathered in a circle with folds, and a small hole should remain in the center.
Step 7
Buryat poses are prepared in a double boiler. Prepare the steamer by pouring the correct amount of water into it and bring it to a boil. The grate should be thoroughly greased with oil, and then the ready-made poses should be laid on it.
Step 8
Place them in a double boiler and after 30 minutes the dish will be ready. The poses should be served hot with soy sauce. Also, they are perfectly complemented by a salad of fresh vegetables.
