Ingredients:

  • 450 g of beef;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • ½ cup of any vegetable oil;
  • ½ glass of wheat flour;
  • 2 tablespoons of pure water;
  • salt;
  • ground black pepper, cumin and coriander to taste.

Preparation:

  1. The first step is to prepare the beef. To do this, it must be cut into thin plates (about 10 millimeters thick). It should be borne in mind that the cut should be across the fibers.
  2. The resulting steaks must be distributed on a cutting board and, using a special hammer, beat them well on each side.
  3. Then you need to rub the steaks thoroughly with spices (black pepper, coriander and cumin) and salt. It is recommended to add as much coriander as possible, because thanks to this particular spice, the beef steak acquires a unique, very pleasant aroma.
  4. Take a bowl that is deep and wide enough and break the eggs into it. Then beat them well. Pour the pre-sifted flour into a similar container.
  5. Pour vegetable oil into a well-heated frying pan. Take a steak and dip it in a beaten egg. Then it should be placed in a bowl of flour and rolled on both sides.
  6. Prepared steaks should be dipped in well-heated oil. Once one side is pleasantly golden in color, flip the steak over to the other.
  7. Beef meat fried on both sides must be placed in a sufficiently deep container and pour into it the oil in which the steaks were fried, as well as some clean water.
  8. From above, the container should be very tightly closed with food foil. As a result, the dish will cook evenly. Beef steaks will be fully cooked in a third of an hour.
