- - 1 large onion
- - 50-65 g ghee
- - 10-15 g flour

Instructions
Step 1
Pour the beans with cold water and leave for 6-7 hours, then wash with cold water. Pour 2 liters of water over the beans, boil and cook covered for 45-50 minutes, stirring slowly. Put the beans in a colander, cool, put in a blender with 1 glass of broth and beat in mashed potatoes, pour into another bowl.
Step 2
Peel the onion, chop and fry with oil for 6-9 minutes. Fry the stew in a pan with a little oil for 7 minutes. Also fry the flour in a hot skillet, then add half a glass of broth, cook for 3 minutes, stirring slowly with a whisk and removing the lumps.
Step 3
Place the mashed beans in a saucepan, add salt, add fried onions, fried flour with broth, stew, mix thoroughly. Add the remaining broth to a saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat. Serve with paprika, cilantro and dill.
