Pork is loved by many for its juicy taste, as well as the variety of dishes that can be prepared from it. Pork makes hearty first courses. If you like experimenting with combinations, then make pork soup with apples.
It is necessary
- - 300 g of pork;
- - 1 large green apple;
- - 2 potatoes;
- - 1 onion, 1 carrot;
- - half of the white part of the leek stalk;
- - vegetable oil, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the pork into small cubes to cook quickly. Fry the meat in a skillet in 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil for 10 minutes. After that, transfer the pork to a saucepan, pour in 1.5 liters of water, cook for half an hour.
Step 2
Peel potatoes, onions, carrots. chop the onion smaller, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the potatoes into cubes or thin strips.
Step 3
Fry the carrots with onions in the pan where the pork was fried (7 minutes will be enough), then transfer to the pan to the meat. Add chopped potatoes, salt and pepper. Cook together for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Rinse the apples and leeks, chop thinly, fry in vegetable oil for a couple of minutes, then simmer under a closed lid for 10 minutes. Add apples and leeks to pork soup, cook for 5 minutes. Serve the pork and apple soup hot.
